• Minimum stay of four nights.
• Reservation must be confirmed with deposit of 50%
of the total charge.
The deposit is due within seven days of reserving or the
reservation
will be cancelled.
• Balance due on day of departure.
• Payments by cash, personal
check or by credit card online with PayPal bill
(you yourself do not need to have a PayPal account). Cash
or check only
for stays of one
month or longer.
• For stays of two months or longer, a refundable
security/damage deposit
equal to one month's rent is due, in addition to the
deposit of one month
in advance.
• For refund of deposit, cancellation must be received
at least 10 days before
scheduled arrival date. All refunds subject to a $20 handling fee.
• Check-in
time 4:00 p.m., check-out time
11:30 a.m., unless prior
arrangements have been made.
• Any
additional guests staying overnight
or longer will be subject to
an
additional charge.
• Sandia Mountain Condo is fully furnished, including all linens and towels,
laundry detergent and paper products.
• A basic rental agreement is required for all stays of one month or longer.
• Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
• Sorry - no pets are allowed.
